Experience the comfort of the villa's bedrooms and bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll discover four impeccably designed bedrooms, including an opulent primary suite with a breathtaking en-suite bathroom.

Three of these bedrooms have access to a shared terrace that offers panoramic views of the ocean and golf course.

On the ground floor, additional sleeping arrangements are available for guests. Children, or the young at heart, can enjoy a charming twin bunkroom with its own adjacent en-suite bathroom. On top of that, a section of the media room has been converted into a comfortable bedroom suite with an en-suite bathroom. This new suite, separated from the rest of the media room by sliding doors, is perfect for a restful slumber.

Access to the exclusive Dunes Club, for up to 6 people.
Membership at Dunes Club includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, towels, monthly calendar of activities, tennis, pickleball, paddle (with racquets available for loan or rent), and a weekly fitness program (including tennis and pickleball classes). Massages and spa services are also available. Please ask the Concierge for the updated fitness schedule and spa menu to reserve in advance.
Daily Housekeeping (not on Sundays and national holidays).

To use the golf-cart, guests are kindly asked to sign a waiver.
The Dunes Club grants access only to rental guests who have signed a registration and credit card form for incidentals; consumption must be paid for directly at the restaurant.
An official Environmental Sanitation Tax is applicable per night per accommodation for this rental and will be charged at check in ($)
