The Tuscan retreat features 22 bedrooms and suites distributed among 5 villas that are arranged around a central piazza for your own private use. Essentially, a delightful village all to yourself that makes an ideal setting for large gatherings such as family reunions, destination weddings, birthdays and team building events.
The medieval estate has been extensively renovated and fitted with all those luxurious amenities one might expect of a luxury resort while you enjoy the privacy of a villa rental and its brilliant views of surrounding hills, valleys, and villages.
In this vast estate, you can enjoy a range of high-end facilities which include a conference hall and ballroom as well as a spa and sauna to sooth you into your stay as well as a fully equipped gym. The multipurpose media room is a great place to relax, or you can grab a good book at the library or get some work done in the study. The bar, a designated teaching kitchen, and cellar with a wine-tasting area are all set to tickle your taste buds.
Meanwhile, the vast outdoor area has extensive lush lawns, flowering beds, and an abundance of trees, a perfect setting for sunset walks or to whisper sweet nothings snuggled on benches or beneath the shaded gazebo. The 60-foot oval pool is a fabulous focal point for your group next to the tennis-basketball courts.

The 22 bedrooms are distributed between the 9-bedroom Manor house, 5-bedroom Fede, 4-bedroom Santa Theresa and the 2-bedroom Filippi and Colussi.
Some rooms have large sitting areas with desks, a Jacuzzi, and a fireplace. You can observe the magical landscape from the private balconies and terraces and watch the chirping birds or the morning sunshine.
Modern, traditional pieces were preserved and uniquely renovated for your comfort. After a good night’s rest, open up the windows and look over the rolling hills.
