On the ground level, a heated pool glistens beneath sun’s rays, flanked by two transparent slides that spiral down in a graceful dance, blending fun with chic design. The expansive jacuzzi, sized for eight, offers a communal space to unwind, while evenings are illuminated by the soft flicker of flames from the lower level firepit and enriched by the fun times you will have in the fully equipped bar gazebo with its TV and ocean views.
Upstairs, a large wraparound terrace on the first floor, invites you to lounge or dine under a canopy of stars, with its large day beds and dining table for delectable meals. Meanwhile the rooftop is the place to be for sunset cocktails or later night tipples by the second fire pit – the views from here are simple divine!

LIVING AREAS
The villa's heart is a private heated pool and jacuzzi on the ground level, framed by transparent slides. This level is accompanied by the gym, bedrooms and the gazebo bar, which has fabulous sea views.
The interior lounge, dining areas and fully equipped gourmet kitchen are on the upper level and open to a wraparound terrace with a dining table and more areas to lounge and socialize.
The rooftop provides another area for socializing with one of the firepits to keep you warm at night. Here, the sea views are impeccable.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
All of the bedrooms are located on the pool level leading out to the terrace except for the Principal Suite which is upstairs where the main living and dining areas are. The Principal Suite has a gorgeous ocean view from the bed, and you can take the slide down to the pool from the balcony.
Bedrooms 6 and 7 have 2 single beds that can convert into a king-size bed (upon prior request)

Walking distance from a sandy beach which is swimmable at your own risk under good conditions but is best suited for strong swimmers.
A great option for families with children. Pool can be childproofed.

Bedrooms are on the small side for a villa of this magnitude, but with such amazing sociable areas, it is clear this Cabo villa was built for entertaining.
A minimal Environmental Sanitation fee is charged per night and paid to the local government of Baja California Sur.
