Hacienda de Mita is by far the most convenient community within the Punta Mita gated development as you can use the easy access gate to lead you directly into the village of Punta de Mita.
Only guests staying in Hacienda de Mita can use the residence beach club there, which provides guests with an additional beach club.
Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with bunk beds and a shower room, originally intended as staff quarters, where you will find the washing machine and dryer for this condo; therefore, it is best suited for accompanying staff or children. It does not have A/C but may benefit from the A/C in Bedroom 3.
Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply.

This condo is located on the top floor of Building 8 within the Hacienda de Mita community inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita private development. The community is comprised of attractive 3- and 4-floor towers, each housing 6 or 8 luxurious condos respectively, surrounded by extensive tropical gardens as well as manicured lawns.
It is the only residential community inside the Punta Mita development to have its own beachfront and residents’ only beach club, making it the ideal location to enjoy surfing, swimming and other water sports. It is conveniently situated close to the village of Punta de Mita where a number of excellent restaurants can be found.
