The villa’s private access to a rocky beach is excellent for surfers who wish to borrow a board and literally surf out to the world-class surf break El Faro located directly in front of the home. While other surfers have to take a boat to this break, you can paddle out! Likewise, golfers will enjoy access to the two Jack Nicklaus golf courses within the Punta Mita development and fun lovers can bask in the sun at the many private beach clubs with soft white sand.

The main living area will arrest you with its fresh, modern design crowned by a magnificent palapa roof and adorned with custom tropical wood furniture. The open plan ambience is supported by the almost imperceivable glass doors that make sure the pool terrace and ocean views remain the center of attention.
You can dine inside for swanky formal culinary delights or outside enjoying delicacies cooked on the grill. The large media room offers a comfy sofa and large screen for movie times as well as a table for board games or cards.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Large groups will love this home with the option for up to 10 bedrooms. Nine of the bedrooms are in the main villa, with a lovely private casita set a little behind the main home that has a large furnished terrace.
Six king-size suites with full bathrooms provide elegant sleeping options while two more bedrooms offer two queen beds. The fun bunkbed room will be a hit with the youngest members of your group and can sleep up to 6 little ones. Finally, a large study can be converted into a bedroom with a queen bed, half bathroom and large terrace.
All bedrooms except the children’s bunk room have coffee stations and televisions.
Principal Suite 2 and Bedroom 3 are great for families as the two bathrooms join to unite the two suites if desired.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Bedroom 10 has a wonderful balcony with ocean view but the en-suite bathroom is a half bathroom; guests can use the full bathroom with shower in the gym downstairs. A great choice for teenagers or accompanying staff.
Beach access is rocky but ideal for surfers who already know the area to paddle out to El Faro surf break.
Can sleep up to 25 adults or 27 guests when accompanied by children under 6 years for an extra charge.
